Dr. Sigurd Grindheim serves EGST as Lecturer in New Testament Studies. His research interests include the New Testament in relation to Second Temple Judaism, Biblical Theology, Pauline Letters, Synoptic Gospels, and Hebrews.

He is currently writing a commentary on the Book of Hebrews for The Pillar New Testament Commentary series. Before joining EGST, Dr. Sigurd taught at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Fjellhaug International University College. Sigurd is a big football fan and envisions Liverpool embarking on its next grand dynasty.

 

Dr. Sigurd is the author of The Crux of Election, God’s Equal, Christology in the Synoptic Gospels, Introducing Biblical Theology, and a number of articles in leading scholarly journals.
